Delicious and easy breakfast, ready in as little as ten minutes! Follow these quick and easy steps, and you’ll be enjoying in no time!
What you’ll need
- 2 large eggs
- 2 pieces of bread of your choice (I prefer sourdough)
- 1 tbsp of 2% milk
- 1 tsp of cinnamon (more a less depending on how much you like cinnamon)
- 1 tbsp of salted butter
- Maple syrup

- Crack open two large eggs and place them into a bowl
- Add milk
- Add cinnamon and then whisk until the eggs are beaten and combined with the milk and cinnamon
- Soak each piece of bread in the mixture, fully saturating it
- In your frying pan add butter and let the butter melt completely. Once the pan is hot and butter is melted, place your soaked pieces of bread in the pan. Cooked to desired doneness, I cook about 3-4 minutes on each side until the toast has become a golden brown
- Cover the french toast in maple syrup of your choice or eat as is, cut into bite sized pieces and enjoy!
