Ready in less than ten minutes, this fruit salad is packed with vitamin c and will satisfy your sweet tooth craving in a healthier way.
You can add a variety of fruits and juice to make fruit salad, but I used what I had on hand at the time and it turned out great. I started by adding a can of peaches into a large bowl, with the juice included.

Next I peeled one large cosmic crisp apple and diced it into bite size pieces. I added 3 clementines, 2 nectarines diced and unpeeled. I was going to add a large green pear as well but I ran out of room, but pears are a great addition to fruit salad. When you are finished adding all your fruit, you can top off the bowl with your choice of juice.I used peach juice, but apple or pineapple is another good option.

- One large can of peaches, including the juice
- One large cosmic crisp apple (or honey crisp) peeled and diced
- 3 clementines, peeled and separated
- 2 nectarines, unpeeled and diced
- 1 cup of peach (or apple) juice
