IMAGE GUIDELINES
Please send the original, highest-resolution image available. PNG and JPG files are welcome; a transparent PNG works best for artwork without a background.
Clear images produce better prints! Blurry or pixelated pictures will also appear blurry when printed. Avoid screenshots and heavily compressed images whenever possible.
Not sure whether your photo will work? Send it to us before ordering, and we’ll take a look!
PLEASE NOTE
• This listing is for one finished, personalized mug.
• Your image will be sized proportionally to fit the printable area.
• Backgrounds included in your image may appear in the finished print.
• Colours may vary slightly between your screen and the finished mug.
• Please only submit images you own or have permission to reproduce.
CARE
Hand washing with a soft sponge is recommended to help preserve your mug’s finish. Avoid abrasive cleaners and scrubbers.
